  1. This routine calcluates the design parameters for coaxial traps for wire
  2. antennas.  The programme runs under win95/NT only.  To test the
  3. programme, unzip the file into a temp directory.  Run Setup.exe
  4. to install.  After examination, the programme may be removed with the
  5. Control panel.
